Our ratties are ready to go to their furever home at 6 - 8 weeks of age. A 50% non-refundable deposit must be placed to be added to our wait list. This deposit will be held until a baby is available for you to reserve from one of our litters. It will be applied towards the purchase of your new baby. Please keep in mind we have no control over over the number of babies born or the different sexes that will be available for each litter. Our average wait for a rattie is 6-12 months. You will need to fill out an application before sending a deposit. We ask you to place a deposit because our babies are a precious life expecting their furever home to be waiting them. We do not like to breed just to breed. We want to know that our babies will have a home waiting when they are ready to start their new adventure with you.
We like our lil pips(queaks) to go in pairs unless you already have same sex rat at home. Our current price for a standard rattie is $30.00. This is subject to change and may vary by bloodline. Please contact us to ensure the current price.
All of our ratties are sold as pets and will not come with a pedigree. Pedigrees may be purchased by an additional 'breeder fee', it is assumed animals purchased with a pedigree will be bred.
**Breeder reserves right to first refusal if buyer can no longer keep the rats.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not be afraid to ask. If we do not have the types of rats you are looking for we will be more than happy to help you find a local breeder that can fulfill your needs.
